From the whole start process rrom completting the applicaton up tho moving in and finally settling for aboit 6months now has been amazing 🌟 Ms. jeannie is the absolute bestest she is verty professional hard working and determined to get the applicant succeeding the applicant to move in it had been lots of road blocks and slow ups before i finally was able to move it but when i say she got the job done she did it for me even doe she has resigned from the company for thr top tier property manager i will never forget her 🌸🌸 but ik where she lands she ir definitely gonna fly so thank hinernia and georgian team Mason & Reggie for representing her spot coming in and just managing it so very well i look foward to years upcomg coming with this place july 15th 2026 will mark my year anniversary fot resigning in my olace of stay thank you all so very much ❤️❤️🌟 blessings

The building is well maintained, the amenities are great, and the management team has typically been responsive. Branden from Hibernia specifically has always been reliable and helpful. Whether it's a routine repair or an unexpected after-hours request, he always shows up with a friendly attitude and a willingness to help. Recently, he and his team made sure the sidewalk surrounding the building was plowed after we received a large amount of snow and ice. If it weren't for his team, we wouldn't have had anywhere to walk our dog for days as the city didn't salt the side streets. Hibernia management has seen some turnover, but Branden has been consistent for a number of years and we are thankful for everything he does for the building and its residents!
