  My partner and I moved here in March and absolutely love it! The apartments are in a prime location and we are so close to the two major highways in stl and can walk to all of our favorite bars in the Grove! Grace and Margaret are amazing! They are the best management team we have ever had in the 4 apartments we have lived in. We absolutely love that the staff at Aventura allows us to put in our own light fixtures, we were so excited! Our dog loves the great sized dog park with real grass and there is so much grass inside the property for her to enjoy, this was huge factor for us as pet owners. Overall, we definitely think this is a place that is home for long time until we’re ready for a house.

  My boyfriend and I have been living at Aventura for just over a year now. We are not satisfied living here and will not be renewing our lease. Getting packages delivered here is a nightmare because there are 3 separate locations your package can be. I have had packages delivered outside of the gate on weekends before for anyone to take. Management is not helpful at all if you are unable to locate your package. You will also receive the same emails multiple times a week. The security here is a joke. My boyfriend's Kia, along with a few others, was stolen from the gated lot last summer and there were not any noticeable changes to security. The fitness center is shockingly small. With the large number of residents here, only 1-2 people can be lifting weights at a time. There are a couple of things we are satisfied with. Namely the maintenance, as they are very timely for the requests we have submitted. The apartment rooms and amenities are nice, but that is about it. The expensive cost of rent is not worth the amenities and management that are supposed to come with the price.

  Could not be happier with my three years living at Aventura. I absolutely LOVE this apartment complex! The staff goes above and beyond to tend to the needs of the residents. Maintenance repairs are always done in a quick manner. Staff constantly looks for new ways to improve the facilities, build neighborhood relationships, and support their residents. The office is eager to hear feedback from residents and actively make an effort to change something if it didn't seem to benefit the overall complex. The facilities are gorgeous: gardens, pool, gym, apartments. The gated community allows me to feel safe at all hours. And being next to Forest Park makes for fun and easy walks/runs/bike rides to the art museum, history museum, and zoo. I highly recommend this apartment to my family and friends.
