  I overly enjoyed my tour yesterday with Kenya! Being escorted by someone who's a resident herself was very comforting. So welcoming and friendly, making sure to thoroughly show & share all of the wonderful information and opportunities this community offers. I really loved seeing the art studio and gorgeous rooftop! Hoping to become and Arcade Resident in the near future!

  Kay (Kenya) gave my mother and me a tour at Arcade Apartments on 2/20, and she was absolutely amazing. Her energy was so warm and genuine, she shared great details about the building, and she really knew the history. I honestly expected it to be one of those “don’t believe what you see online” situations, but the property was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. My mother and I truly loved it—and Kay was the perfect part of the experience. She made the tour memorable.

  This building contains mice’s and roaches. The people in the office are so rude and unprofessional. I had so many problems with this building that I consider breaking my lease. That was the worst living environment I ever experienced. I never felt secure because the office workers made me feel like my problems wasn’t a concern. I would put zero stars if I could!

  One of the lease agent named Ms.charity is very rude. She doesn’t care about Tenant unless it’s someone she finds attractive then she’s very kind and try to figure out whatever they need. She hung up the phone multiple times when I was just simply trying to explain to her that my apartment is very cold and doesn’t have hot water. When it was a snowstorm.

  I highly do not recommend living here. It’s unsafe unsanitary and if Express how you feel, they threatening to put you out because you’re coming to express your concern about your home. We were on the news last year total of three times because we had no hot water and no heat. You have to turn on every faucet in your apartment for 10 to 15 minutes in ordinary to get some hot water then if your heat goes out, they take a while to come up and you expressed to the maintenance team, they try their best to do their part but once you express to the leasing office, they catch attitudes, specifically Miss Charity. I explained to her on numerous occasions that I have put in Work orders for them to fix my unit and she told me well you have to wait with a nasty attitude when I try to express to her that I’ve already been waiting too or more days then if you go to express to her that you’re missing a package, she’s going to not listen to you and speak over you and then when you get upset, she’s going to threaten to put you out then lie on you saying you’re threatening her when all you’re trying to do is express your concern when I’m not the only person when it’s 65% of the building that says it also she spend more time on her cell phone than anything The other day the elevator was down we didn’t get any notification to our cell phone. Besides, the rent is due and if you haven’t paid, they threatened you with the courts. I expressed to Miss Charity that my package is missing. She told me it’s nothing she can do when she is contracted with the security because she’s part The leasing office team. I also called downstairs yesterday to tell them. A young lady answer the phone and I told her she’ll aware that all the elevators are down and she told me they’re not just one, but I told her all of them were down. She told me to get on the stairwell and walk down to a different floor. I told her it was elderly people waiting also with wheelchairs. She told me that’s not her problem pretty much and I’m trying to explain to her and the phone call got hung up when I told her that I will be going to the higher up. They count that as a threat some units. Have mice in their units, some doesn’t have hot water some washer and dryer doesn’t work. You wake up in the middle of night and your lights and everything will be off because they having problems and they do not send out a text message saying so. The trash shoot be so high up, but they say that the maintenance team came around to change trash, knowing they did not in the summertime you get gnats in your unit from the trash shoot you put a maintenance request in the maintenance team. Does a great job besides the people in the office other than Miss Harris and I’ve also caught Miss charity sitting on top of the security office desk, flirting with the security guard on Night Shift.
