The management, led by Shemiko Harris, seems to operate with a clear disregard for the residents, acting as though they are untouchable and above reproach. I moved in in January and I pay way too much for this bs They favor certain residents, giving them preferential treatment while the rest of us are subjected to harassment, surveillance, and invasions of privacy. The lack of respect for basic human decency is appalling, and the constant feeling of being watched is unbearable. The conditions of the building are deplorable. The trash chutes were out of order since the start of the year, attracting swarms of gnats and creating an unsanitary environment for months. Maintenance requests take months to address, if they are even addressed at all. The new maintenance team is clearly incompetent or indifferent, leaving residents to suffer through preventable issues indefinitely. The rooftop, an amenity we pay for, has been off-limits for months due to alleged "problems" with key fobs, yet no solution has been provided. The inaccessibility of multiple entrances and exits, including the main entrance, is a considerable inconvenience and a significant barrier for those with disabilities. She just barss access to stuff randomly. She treats us like lab rats with no free will. Just do what she wants without concern for her paying residents. Some body tried to jump out the window the other day. The gym, another paid amenity, is equally neglected. The cycles are frequently out of order, rendering the space useless for those of us who rely on it for our daily workouts. The overall atmosphere of the building is one of neglect and malice, with Shemiko Harris at the helm, acting like a tyrant. Her behavior is nothing short of evil, and it's clear that she has no intention of improving the situation. Moving here was a mistake, and I urge anyone considering this place to look elsewhere, lest they too fall victim to the corrupt and unethical management practices that plague this complex

The 24 hour security make me as a single female feel comfortable living in downtown St. Louis. The roof top view is amazing and the building is just gorg! I have lived here 5 years and to see how things have changed in a positive direction is amazing! The new manager and the regional have really made a world of difference here!
