  Thought last management wasn't great, this management makes those guys look like all stars. Some of these high star reviews look fake too🤔 Property manager/ leasing manager? Is never here. Gym and golf sim AC doesn't work. Gym has been messy there hasn't been wipes for few weeks Seems like place is going more downhill

  There are many apartments in stl, Chelsea is definitely one of the worst, given its high price and low quality. It charges relatively high but the location is really bad, amenities are very old. After the landlord changed, service went really bad. They would yell at you and refuse to solve many problems. They don’t organize the mail and let them gather altogether on a table. People lost their stuff. Many things uncomfortably happened when I stayed there. Definitely changed my apartment once the lease ended.

  I’ve been a resident at Chelsea Apartment Homes in Saint Louis for over a year, and I can honestly say the changes made by the new management team in just the past two months have been incredible. I’m extremely impressed with the quality, professionalism, and responsiveness of the new team. Thanks Ashley for assisting me with understanding my lease! Before the transition, it was often difficult to get assistance after moving in, but now there is always someone available and willing to help. That level of attentiveness has made a huge difference in my overall experience here. The property itself is beautiful, and I truly enjoy my apartment and the amazing amenities offered. That said, I would love to see a few improvements—especially having the trash and debris cleared out of the garage area and refreshing the café with more drink and snack options. The café was actually one of the main reasons I chose to move here, so it would be great to see it fully utilized again. Overall, aside from those minor adjustments, I genuinely love living here and appreciate the positive direction the community is heading under the new management. Luv Sadie💕

  My daughter and I recently visited Chelsea Apartments in Saint Louis, Missouri for a tour, and we had a wonderful experience. She will be attending Washington University this August, so finding the right place was very important to us—and Chelsea Apartments definitely stood out. From the moment we arrived, the property was clean, well-maintained, and very inviting. The amenities were impressive and really made the community feel comfortable and modern, which is exactly what my daughter was hoping for. Ashley, the manager, was absolutely amazing. She was very thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through every detail about the property as well as the surrounding area. She answered all of our questions with confidence and made us feel completely at ease with the process. Overall, we left feeling excited and confident about this decision. I am truly looking forward to my daughter moving into Chelsea Apartments—it feels like a great place for her to call home while she starts this new chapter.
