  Living at Timber Club has been a wonderful experience! The management team is truly outstanding — they're always friendly, approachable, and responsive to residents' needs. Whenever I've submitted a maintenance request, the team handles it promptly and professionally, which really gives me peace of mind. One of the things I love most is the community events they organize regularly. From holiday gatherings to social mixers, there's always something fun going on that brings neighbors together and creates a real sense of community. The apartment itself is well-maintained with great amenities, and the grounds are always clean and beautifully kept. You can tell the staff takes genuine pride in making this a great place to live. I'd highly recommend Timber Club to anyone looking for a well-managed apartment community with a welcoming atmosphere!

  Marissa does great job with creating and planning events for the residents. She always has such creative and fun ideas. I have a great time with the other residents as well as with Marissa and the other staff members.

  We just renewed our lease and will be going into our second year of living here! It is very luxurious and they host such fun events! It’s a great community and everyone is so friendly! The amenities they have are like nothing I’ve seen anywhere else, and they try their best to keep up with them and ensure everything goes smoothly. While no apartment complex will be perfect and avoid any issues, they really are doing good for being brand new! We are obsessed with our unit still and have had little to no issues. We have three pets and managment always comes and changes our filter every three months when we request! It’s a very dog friendly community and we love our storage unit as well! The Christmas party they hosted was amazing and other events we have attended have been as well! Last night we attended a paint and sip-it was so much fun! We painted our own canvas, they had a bartender, and snacks! It felt like an event you’d pay a good amount of money for somewhere else, but we got to do it right here at our own apartment complex!

  I’ve lived in this community for a while, and unfortunately my recent experience makes it impossible to recommend this place. During the most severe winter storm in years, my apartment was without power for almost eight days due to a building infrastructure problem. Management did not clearly communicate the seriousness of the situation. A hotel was offered on the first day of the outage, but I declined because I was led to believe the issue would be resolved over the weekend — which was far from the truth. Instead, I was moved into a vacant apartment that was dirty and had no hot water, requiring repairs. I had to move my belongings back and forth because the problem lasted almost eight days, just to have a place to stay. Management offered a compensation that barely covers the rent for the outage period. It doesn’t reflect the stress, the disruption to my work, the physical effort of moving between units, or the overall loss of comfort and stability in my own home. This is not the first issue either — the garage elevator closest to my apartment was out of service for weeks before all of this. For a building marketed as “luxury,” the communication, support, and reliability have been far below expectations. Management will likely reply saying they “did everything they could,” but if you’re considering moving here, don’t assume that a new building means fewer problems. My experience shows otherwise.
