  We are soooooo excited for a new home at Timber Club. From applying to preparation for the move- in has been with great ease thanks to all the help from Chrishea and other office staff. Thanks so much for going above and beyond getting us on our new home.

  Chrishea M, was my leasing consultant she was very helpful & knowledgeable of the apartments & my concerns with that being said the staff is friendly, pleasant & professional, I love it here, a place I/we call home 🥰

  Just moved in and couldn't be happier. Jaykob in leasing has been an incredible resource in helping getting settled in. Also, Blake in maintenance is great and very helpful.

  I’ve lived in this community for a while, and unfortunately my recent experience makes it impossible to recommend this place. During the most severe winter storm in years, my apartment was without power for almost eight days due to a building infrastructure problem. Management did not clearly communicate the seriousness of the situation. A hotel was offered on the first day of the outage, but I declined because I was led to believe the issue would be resolved over the weekend — which was far from the truth. Instead, I was moved into a vacant apartment that was dirty and had no hot water, requiring repairs. I had to move my belongings back and forth because the problem lasted almost eight days, just to have a place to stay. Management offered a compensation that barely covers the rent for the outage period. It doesn’t reflect the stress, the disruption to my work, the physical effort of moving between units, or the overall loss of comfort and stability in my own home. This is not the first issue either — the garage elevator closest to my apartment was out of service for weeks before all of this. For a building marketed as “luxury,” the communication, support, and reliability have been far below expectations. Management will likely reply saying they “did everything they could,” but if you’re considering moving here, don’t assume that a new building means fewer problems. My experience shows otherwise.

  Man o man I genuinely can’t say enough good things about this apartment complex. From day one, the front office staff has been nothing short of amazing—friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They actually care about residents, respond quickly, and make you feel welcomed rather than like just another unit number. That alone sets this place apart. The amenities are top-tier and extremely well maintained. Everything is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed to make everyday living easier and more enjoyable. Whether it’s the gym, pool, common areas, or community spaces, you can tell a lot of effort goes into keeping things nice and functional. What really stands out most is the overall atmosphere of kindness and respect throughout the property. The staff, maintenance team, and even neighbors contribute to a positive, safe, and comfortable living environment. It truly feels like a community, not just an apartment complex. If you’re looking for a place with excellent management, great amenities, and genuinely kind people, this is absolutely the place to be. Highly recommend.
