  The apartments are absolutely gorgeous and extremely clean! The tour was so helpful to understand every perk that comes with being a resident here! Everyone was kind and helpful! Can’t wait to start living here!!

  The Bold On BLvd is truly a great place to stay. I say “new” because the new management and staff have completely changed the experience. I was actually preparing to move out due to the lack of care before, but that has done a full turnaround—and I’ve had a change of heart. The new management and staff are amazing. They respond quickly when something needs to be addressed, have made noticeable improvements, and are genuinely involved in the community. I love that they host activities and events for residents—it really brings people together and creates a sense of connection. It feels good to recognize familiar faces where you live. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay with a team that truly cares, look no further. This is a great place to be.

  It has been a night and day difference with Dena and the new management/staff. Went from waiting three months for a broken shower replacement (yes, I had to use the showroom shower for the three months), to having the phones answered, kind people in the office, maintenance requests being completed in 24-48 hours, AND follow up calls making sure it was completed. I couldn’t be happier and I am so thankful a good team is finally here. Please don’t leave!

  I have only lived here ~ 2 months, but in that time, I have fallen in love with my new home at Bold on the Blvd. My very first experience was with staff when I was both applying and signing the lease, and had many questions. Kim, the leasing agent, was patient, taking time to explain everything in detail and answer every question. Not to mention she is a very kind, caring person. I also talked with Ahren, assistant manager, once when Kim was in a meeting, I believe. She had the same kind, helpful, and welcoming spirit. The maintenance staff is amazing as well. I have submitted a few low priority work orders, to which they responded within a day or so. They, too, are kind, considerate, respectful and responsive to needs. The location of the complex is convenient and easy to get to, with most places I visit regularly are minutes away. The complex itself has great amenities; all the usual and more. I was pleased the mail boxes are inside, just down the hallway, so there’s no need to go outside in bad weather. They also seem to have regular social gatherings; 2 have been scheduled in the common area since I have been here. I am a very happy resident! No complaints. Thank you, Gail Debro
