  I ended up moving out early (to no fault of Aventura), but I would 150% recommend this place. Claire and Doddy/Dotty (sorry don’t know how to spell it) in the leasing office are both very nice and helpful when it came to all things. I lived in a 2/2 and it was VERY spacious and clean. I only put in a work order or two in my 9 months of living here, but both times, they were handled in less than 24 hours. Geographically, the location is great. Many restaurants/stores within 5-10 minutes, Hwy 70 (either direction) is accessible within 60 seconds, route K is right down the street, and you’re basically smack in the middle of St. Charles county. I don't have any cons to list about this place, but if I had to pick something, I would say 1. If you plan on leasing a 3rd floor unit, it’s a looooottttt of stairs 😂 2. The turns of the parking lot on both the left and right of the leasing office are kinda blind turns, so be careful going around em. You’ll have the occasional dummy come flying around em… and 3. I had no intention on staying (moved into a house), but when lease renewal notifications were sent out, there was no option to renew really early to keep your same rent. My first option was to accept like a $70-$90/mo increase (I think) as your earliest option, and it only went up more the longer you took. I understand property taxes can increase and that gets passed off to the tenant and other factors, but I hadn’t run into that “mandatory raise” with anywhere I’d previously rented and was kinda surprised. 5 stars for Richmond location

  Loved our time here! By far the best apartment we have lived in. Staff and maintenance were wonderful! Fixed the AC within 12 hours during the summer! No complaints! Thanks Aventura for everything!

  I have lived here at Aventura for almost 2 years and I must say I love this place! I live on the 3rd floor and even after tracking up and down the stairs every day after all my time here I can still say that this place is the best. It's pretty quite, Neighbors keep to themselves pretty well. Yes there are times where you hear things through the walls. But it's an apartment complex!!! But it's by far the best I've ever rented. Honestly, the only thing I'm upset and bitter about is that I didn't win 1st place in the Christmas light judging ha ha ha Thank you Aventura at Richmond
