They were super helpful, answered all my questions, and made sure my apartment was ready for move-in. The whole process was smooth, and I felt supported every step of the way. Highly recommend!
- MSManasa SavanurJul 14, 20251.0The window in my apartment won’t close, and with tempratures dropping, It’s unsafe to live here. The apartment also reeks of marijuana and the noise from the neighborhood is traumatizing. It also affects my room temperature and heating/cooling. Despite reporting the issue over 6 months ago and constantly following up, the management has not fixed it. Watch the video I have attached to check the noise levels, make sure to unmute it. Edit - The review is not about your staff, it's about a construction flaw. The fact that you don't get the problem after all this while shows how poorly you manage the property.
- AGAaron GronewoldJul 15, 20245.0Stayed here as a SLU Grad student. Phenomenal management, honestly some of the best I have had in all my different living situations during undergraduate. Building managers are always available during the week in person, and readily respond to emails. Amenities are nice, and the Target across the way is finally opening. I recommend getting the garage parking though. If I wasn't on student loans, I would stay here long term!
