  Edit: 03/22/26 (9:25am) I’m so tired of my apartment smelling like onions and must when I turn the AC on! The vents blow out air that smells like onions and must and I’m sure it’s because the vents are connect to the trash room which smells exactly the same! I get migraines easily and sometimes especially at night I have to choose to be hot over my apartment smelling like a dumpster, so tonight I get to be in a HOT apartment. There’s other times I have to run the ac regardless of what it smells like just to block out the noise. This place is a catfish, it looks nice but it’s cheaply put together, very low vibrational, it disgusts me! Learn from my mistake and don’t go for the shiny new place, you’ll regret it! These walls are so thin! How cheap can a place be, these aren’t even real walls there’s nothing in them! No drywall or sound boards-that’s called being cheap!!! I despise it here!!! I hear people all around me: people above me, people to the left of me, people to the right of me.The people above me have something in their apartment that beeps at night, so annoying, I hear it in my bedroom. I pray to get out of here. This place is a terrible place to be if you value peace. I have to run my AC when I don’t want to just to drown some of the noise out. Got to accumulate a huge electric bill just to try to sleep peacefully and sometimes that’s not enough. Sometimes I have to play white noise on my phone with the AC running to drown it all out. I’ve complained and nothing is being done! No matter what the walls are always going to be thin. The people who own this building dropped the ball because they’re cheap. Should’ve let them taken me to court and put me out. Lord get me out of here please!!! ________________________________________ Edit: 01/07/26 11:21pm Don’t move here if you want peace. I live next to the loudest people and I’ve made complaints to the property manager and clearly nothing is being done. I’ve sent a email about the neighbors to the right of me and nothing was done and I didn’t get a response. I shouldn’t have to listen to LOUD music and people being extremely loud especially when I’m paying $1,615! This place isn’t even worth it, these apartments are cheaply made!!! There’s no after hours number to call for complaints so the only option is to call the police. Most of the people who live here are college students and when I did the tour and filled out the application that wasn’t mentioned, so if you’re not trying to live next to obnoxious people DON’T MOVE HERE!!!! If you’re going to build an apartment for college students you should tell people that!!! Hoping to be leaving soon! ————————————————————— You’re gonna have to run your air conditioner all year round because of how hot the apartment gets! They weren’t smart enough to install black out shades, or some type of shades that block some of the sun (they exist, my last apartment had them). They have the thinnest shades installed for floor to ceiling windows so the sun is blasting through making the apartment hot and uncomfortable to be in…I can’t stand sunny days now, I wish it was dark and gloomy all the time so I can have a comfortable day in my own place! I’m on the 10th floor, I feel bad for the people above me. This is a high rise apartment why didn’t they take that into consideration. My apartment is so uncomfortable to be in it literally causes me to be sick and triggers my migraines on the daily. If you suffer from migraines DON’T move here!!!! I’m constantly not feeling good. I can’t wait to leave!

  *W A R N I N G* DON’T MOVE HERE!!!!!! Edit 12/11/25 (7:08pm) All day while using my heat the smell of rotten eggs filled my apartment especially my closet. My closet smells sooo bad. First I was dealing with a strong disgusting air freshener smell now I’m dealing with the smells coming from the trash room. Why would they even make the apartment vents connect to the trash room vents? Just dumb! It’s stupid! Paying all this money to deal with idiotic things like this infuriates me! I can’t wait to break this lease and leave!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!! CANT run my heat without the apartment smelling like a dumpster, I HATE THIS PLACE!!!!!! ———————————————————————— Edit 11/7/25 (3:11am) I should’ve moved somewhere else! This place has air freshener in the vents and it’s so strong and disgusting to smell!!! I suffer with migraines and it triggers my migraines. This smell has been blasted into my apartment multiple times since I’ve moved in back in September. I sleep with my AC on and turned it on tonight around midnight and at about 1:50am my whole apartment was filled with this strong smell and caused me to have a migraine and I can’t go back to sleep. It’s 3:12 right now and I get up for work at 5am, but instead I’m up with a migraine. Why would anyone be so dumb and put air freshener in the vents! How do you know people want to smell that mess! People have medical conditions that can triggered by that obnoxious smell! So now I’m giving this place 1star. It’s not worth the price…not to mention random fees that were never explained to me during the application process were added; which made my rent higher, total $1,611….NOT WORTH IT!!! You can find somewhere else that’s better to move to! There’s other apartments near by, I should’ve moved to one of those! ———————————————————————— I gave 5 stars originally and then gave 4, but now changing it to 2 stars because the walls are extremely THIN!!! THE WALLS ARE THIN, I can’t stress it enough!!!!! You hear conversations, you hear the tv, you hear people having sex, you hear everything!!!! It’s ridiculous!!!! The maintenance man here even said these walls are very thin. He said there’s not much in between the apartments, there’s a little dry wall and then space and then the wall of the next apartment. When he told me that it made a lot of sense as to why I can hear everything. I shouldn’t be able to hear people’s conversations. Why make a building this nice with such nice amenities and be cheap and build thin walls?! Unfortunately the people to the left of me talk loud sometimes. People to the right of me aren’t being loud, but I can still hear them. Signed a 2 year lease but don’t think I’ll be here that long, can’t see myself dealing with this for 2 years. The building is very nice though, and so are the amenities, and it’s in a nice location. Edit: 09/25/25 Your apartment can be entered into at anytime even if you’re not home; which is ridiculous! I should’ve read my lease thoroughly. I can’t stand apartment buildings who think that’s ok, if I don’t give you permission to come in you shouldn’t have access-unless it’s an emergency. Someone being in my apartment without me present makes me very uncomfortable, I do not trust people! Not saying they would do something creepy but it makes me very uncomfortable. They have to check smoke detectors and vents and that’s something that should be scheduled with the tenant, you shouldn’t enter anyone’s apartment when you want just to do that, especially if they won’t be home.

  Nancy E was fabulous. She stayed late to give us a tour as we were in from out of town. Don’t make us feel rushed and cared about identifying the best unit for us! Beautiful building with great amenities!

  We recently toured One Foundry Way in St. Louis and were immediately impressed. The lobby had such a welcoming atmosphere, and the entire complex felt calm, inviting, and exceptionally clean. The added safety features throughout truly stood out and gave us a strong sense of security. A special shoutout to Nancy Eberle, the Assistant Community Manager. She made us feel right at home. Nancy was not only friendly and professional, but also incredibly knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions thoroughly and even took the time to explain things we hadn’t thought to ask. Overall, a great experience and a wonderful first impression!
