- RBRegina Brown4 days ago5.0I was referred by a co worker. I was skeptical because it's an apartment, and I'm used to Townhomes. To make a long story short, I am not currently in any unit at this moment. But, the communication between Cecelia has been nothing short of amazing!!!! She gave me not one, not two but 3 options!!! I am somewhat picky, but the process is phenomenal. I will bring an update as soon as I move in. Bye for now.

- ACAngela CovingtonFeb 25, 20264.0The office employee was very friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful at explaining additional cost based on top of flat rent fees. The apartments were very nice and spacious, the kitchens however could use a little updating. The stove top are your basic hotel stoves instead of the normal size you see in apartments. The grounds are very well maintained as well as the trash area. Hampton Gardens is a very beautiful place.
