The amenities were great and everything was always clean. The maintenance team would respond quickly to my issues. The parking lot being gated was also a great plus! I would recommend Grand Flats to anyone looking for a place close to downtown STL. Great location to explore the city!

Melissa, the property manager, is not only the nicest person but also extremely helpful. The residents living here are equally kind and super friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend this property, giving it a perfect 10/10 rating. It's conveniently located close to downtown while nestled in a beautiful neighborhood. Additionally, Tower Grove Park is within walking distance. As someone new to St. Louis, I am grateful that I chose to sign with this property
