If I could give them zero stars I would. Smith management is the absolute worst property management company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is worthless.

ZERO STARS..A call in a reasonable amount of time would have been decent customer service, instead I have to post this and get a COPY AND PASTE RESPONSE. I've sent you 15 emails that I have every copy saved, how about you just respond to one ???????? I've been calling and emailing this company for weeks and they REFUSE to contact me. This is truly the WORST customer service I've even dealt with. First I spoke with a foreign call center that said someone from this "company" would definitely call me back within 48 hours.. surprise I received no call. Then I emailed and receive a response from a secretary that didn't read my email and she says that someone would definitely be getting back to me.. that was over 2 weeks ago. I got no response and all I'm trying to do is pay a stupid bill for my elderly hospitalized mom and do you think they have the decency to get back to me NOPE. Reading through their reviews .. makes more sense now. How do communities continue to use this awful company. I live in South Florida and though HOAs were bad down here, but this one is so much worse.. the fact that they blatantly lie to people.
They have ran our complex into the ground. I would not recommend smith to absolutely anyone. You guys should be ashamed of what you have done to our neighborhood and I can’t wait for you guys to be gone.

I live in one of the condominiums they oversee, ever since they took over, our complex has gone downhill. We were affected by an explosion in North County that happened at least 6 months ago and have yet to see any repairs done. During this snowstorm, they have yet to had any snow company come out & clear out a path for us so we can get out to go to work. Yet, they had the audacity to raise our HOA fee AND request a $1,000 assessment fee from everyone. If I could give anything less than a one star rating, I would.
