Outsourcing subdivision maintenance to a company who does not drive through to look at issues is a bad idea. Americans need to step up, do a job and quit outsourcing to people who do not live or care about your subdivision.

Questionable practices, missing finances, they have deals with vendors to give them kickbacks on projects so wont shop around, do not respond to calls, they will not provide meeting minutes, they will erase your posts on town square, charge your condo large amounts of $ for maintenance calls but provide no info on the maintenance calls to confirm, they will hit you annually with 30 day notice for loss assesments on hail storms that never hit your property, they do not complete projects, they will not address issues.
