I call the emergency line requesting maintenance and get paid a visit from Calvin a short time later. who assessed the situation and assured me it would be rectified immediately. Sunday morning I get a visit from a plumber he worked for hours clearing the drain inside and the drain outside. The maintenance team is very responsive and cares about the living situation of the tenants. Thank you Calvin and Deon it’s not everyday you find people with such an impeccable work ethic.
