The lobby had such a welcoming atmosphere, and the entire complex felt calm, inviting, and exceptionally clean. The added safety features throughout truly stood out and gave us a strong sense of security. A special shoutout to Nancy Eberle, the Assistant Community Manager. She made us feel right at home. Nancy was not only friendly and professional, but also incredibly knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions thoroughly and even took the time to explain things we hadn’t thought to ask. Overall, a great experience and a wonderful first impression!
