  4 stars are for the apartment environment, past property managers, and the maintenance guy. Only issue of this apartment is that it constantly changes property managers. This recent one Kourtney deals with all kinds of issues poorly, including bad attitude when talking to me, forcing everyone to change internet, do random but multiple times fire alarm in the morning. Really I think elders can get heart attack from those stupid alarms! Kourtney isn’t the right one.

  Lived here almost two years. Great neighbors, management, and maintenance team. Lots of doggies live here, not a lot of noise. Walkable.

  Been staying here for roughly 4 months and have hardly any complaints. Grand is hardly a distraction and typically quiets down by 8 PM. I never hear any barking dogs, anything upstairs or anything throughout the hallways. The place is pretty sound-proof. The manager, Kourtney, always makes an effort toward community engagement and keeps us well-informed of any upcoming changes or events. The apartments themselves are extremely clean and look newly modeled. Ventilation is good throughout the bedroom and living room. The location itself is great- you’re within a 2 minute walk of about 5 restaurants and the neighborhood behind is perfect for walking or jogging through. As people have already mentioned, Dan the maintenance man, is a fantastic addition to the building. He is always extremely friendly and takes care of maintenance requests within 2-3 days, and that’s even with me marking them as low priority. The pool area is always very clean, and there are plenty of lounging areas outside your apartment if you feel like unwinding somewhere else. Highly recommend staying here!

  Just moved in here and the staff is so rude. Dan the maintenance guy is very condescending and putting in a maintenance request won’t even be seen as important. When asked about why he didn’t come fix my dryer after 2 days of waiting he said he might get to it. Kourtney (the property manager) also seems to have an issue with Black people considering that anytime someone talks to her with concern, they are “yelling” at her and then she threatens to call the authorities. Also, upon first moving in, the apartment was not clean, there was stuff in the toilet, the stove had scratch marks on it, and there was grime on the tiles. Not to mention the apartment had gnats and you would think this issue would be resolved before first moving in. If you’re considering staying here, don’t.
