The renovations really make it feel like a modern home in the middle of the city. Perfectly located on the border of the city and the county lines and conveniently on public transportation line for those without transportation and private gated parking for those who do at no extra cost. It’s really a no brainer with this building. Loved it here.

Still leaking 9 months later.. with tarp still covering damage.. units in commercial spaces leak floors stained from leakage. No one is never in office. Work is never completed.. Bums live in steps .. Main door to spaces left open.DONT DO IT.. COLLEGE STUDENTS GO HOME.. roof leaked for years before tornado refuse to fix
