  I have been living here for over an year and had a great experience overall. Maintenance requests were handled quickly, usually fixes issues the same day. The management team is responsive. The community is clean, quiet, well maintained and feels safe. Overall, a good place to live.

  We've lived here for 9 months now, and actually renewed our lease early. The apartments are near shops and fast food galore on MidRiversMall Drive and it's literally next to Hwy 94 so it's quick access to anywhere in Saint Charles or the surrounding area. We have a very spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath and it's perfect for our needs. For an apartment kitchen we were blown away by the cabinet space, and the center island allows for food prep or hosting a nice family get together. This year we were able to host both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day family events with all the counter space and plenty of room for setting up tables and chairs. The front office is always quick to help or give information as well. Claire and Leinani are the best!! And they have the fastest and best maintenance I've seen in all my years of renting. Despite being next to the highway, it's actually a very quiet area. Everyone is nice and friendly when you meet someone at the mailbox or just out walking. These are really great apartments.
