  I’ve had a great experience living here. The location is convenient and the property is well maintained. Management has been responsive, and overall it’s been a comfortable place to live. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for housing in the area.

  I currently have a package that was delivered to my old apartment mailbox, I made it to town and not even TWO HOURS after my package arrived in the mailbox, my package went missing. Darius who works in the office and also lives in my old apartment has a poor work ethic, a lack of patience and an attitude. He claims my package isn’t there, he took me to see the mailboxes and nothing was in there but funny, USPS confirmed it entered my mail box. So in the hour and 40 minutes it took me to get there, my package was misplaced/taken out of the mailbox. I’m working alongside USPS to figure out more information, however when mentioned to leasing staff about reviewing cameras to check what happened to my package they said they would have to check the policy on packages. What can be such AN EASY fix if they just looked at the cameras all of this would be resolved. It takes Darius and the park east team not even 10 minutes to check their cameras at the specific time my package was delivered. I will be following up with them about my package however I will proceed with further action if my package is not returned to me. Nothing I could possibly order would benefit Anyone or Darius at all. Safe to say nothing has changed based on previous comments.

  I have lived at Park East for 1.5 years, and let me tell you. Dwight in maintenance is THE MAN! Ever since they hired him, my work orders are completed extra fast, always with a smile. No one works as hard as Dwight to ensure us residents are comfortable. Thanks for fixing my washer big dawg!
