  Just surprised we were only given one key for the apartment when there are two people on the lease and no idea where anything is in the complex like our mailbox, etc. Otherwise, the apartments are really nice and spacious. Fully updated appliances with minimal wear and tear.

  Called multiple times and was hung up on immediately. So we went in person. The lady who greeted us asked if we had an appointment. We said no because the phones weren't working. She said in a snarky voice, "they're working." We said "well we called multiple times and no one picked up." She again repeated "they're working. I'm the one in charge of the phones" and instead of apologizing for not picking up the phone, she talked down to us in a very demeaning tone and was insanely rude.

  Missy the property manager waa amazing. She friendly understanding and very easy to work with. She made it less stressful and an easy move . Missy was very patient and understanding.

  I was in a tough situation and needed to move quickly, and management was very accommodating and made sure I was taken care of, and got me into an apartment in a few days even though they had limited availability. The apartments are spacious, clean, and it is so nice to have a washer and dryer in unit! All of the appliances are new and high quality. I occasionally hear people in the hall during the day, but often feel like no one lives in my building even though I know all the units on my floor are full- I very rarely hear any noise. The staff is friendly, responsive, and responds to messages and requests quickly. I am a fairly high needs individual, and management and maintenance have put up with my many questions and requests with kindness!
