I attached my favorite part of my walk for the day. Andrew and Missy are fantastic and so nice! I stop and get coffee when I walk with my daughter in the mornings. I don’t have many work orders but when I do they are done the same day. My move here from out of state was so smooth, we did most of everything in email as I am so busy it was hard to do the phone. My friends like to hang out at the seating area with me! I really love how they rearranged the cornhole and seating. I’m excited to use the fireplace. Kokojoes had a cafeteria and they make ice coffees! 10/10 I love my apartment and my neighbors, so I’m right by the hospital, fire station. You have lots of shopping and walkable food and convenient stores. I love St. Peter’s it’s one of my favorite places to live in the Saint Charles county.

Absolutely Terrible Experience — Avoid Pure St Apartments / Pure St. Peters
I lived here and I can confidently say this has been one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had.
What’s wrong:
• Maintenance is non-existent. Requests go ignored or are “marked complete” without any real work being done.
• Creepy behavior from on-site men. There are men (maintenance staff, contractors, or others) wandering throughout the building, acting inappropriately, making residents feel unsafe.
• Office is unresponsive. Emails, calls, or in-person requests to management are met with silence or empty excuses.
• Suspect reviews. Many of the glowing reviews look fake or paid — they don’t reflect the reality here.
In short: poor upkeep, lack of professionalism, and an unsafe environment. If you’re considering moving in, think twice. I deeply regret choosing this place.
I want to take a moment to recognize and sincerely thank Andrew, the maintenance man at The Pure Apartments, for his outstanding service. Every time I have submitted a request, he has responded quickly, communicated clearly, and resolved the issue with professionalism and skill.
Andrew is an expert in every area of maintenance work and has vast knowledge and expertise, which shows in the quality and efficiency of his repairs. He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is fixed properly the first time, and he always treats residents with courtesy and respect.
It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in their work, but Andrew truly does. Whether it’s a small repair or a bigger project, he handles it with confidence, efficiency, and care. His reliability and positive attitude make living at The Pure Apartments a much better experience, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about the comfort and satisfaction of the residents.
Thank you, Andrew, for your hard work and dedication — it doesn’t go unnoticed. The Pure Apartments is lucky to have such a dependable and professional maintenance team member.
This is an updated review.
Imagine you’re paying rent every month on time and in full to live in an apartment with broken air conditioning units during the summer and all the heatwaves that hit Missouri. You make several maintenance ticket requests and are told to wait. You’re told it could be many things but nothing for sure. Cause they don’t know. You’re given portable ac units that don’t cool even one single room enough to stop you from sweating or the excessive heat throughout the entire apartment. One random day, after waiting over a month, without warning or notice, a contractor is knocking at your door, while you’re sleeping. You hurry to get dressed and answer but they are gone. Supposedly they are there to replace the units. Management tells you that you are not allowed to deny entry per lease agreement. So that was your fault apparently. In addition, maintenance basically threatens to take one of the portables away since you are not the only apartment without air conditioning. They will reschedule a visit this time at your request to be told in advance so you can be ready. Which takes almost another month. Meanwhile you’re still sweating in heat while cooking, cleaning, getting dressed for work, sleeping and using the bathroom. The contractors finally come back out and you’re not the only apartment they’re have to work in. Maintenance nor the contractors can tell you when or how long the work will take. Who cares if you have to sleep for work later? Why do you need to know? This one task of fixing your ac units takes multiple visits by the same contractors and still it will not be fixed. Both units leaks and there are wall and floor stains as proof. After all this the property manager’s only offer is to schedule another visit while telling you all the things they have done in an almost like attempt to cover any wrongdoing.
This has been our experience living at Pure St. Peters. I originally had two stars when I first posted this but since the issue hasn’t been resolved or something offered for all of the inconveniences, I knocked off a star.
P.S I would not trust some of the positive reviews on here. As some of the 5-star ratings don’t even have a comment and no place is perfect.
It is impossible to get into contact with the leasing team here. I don’t know if its because of summer but Ive called 7-8 times over 3 days and no one answers or returns call. If they won’t pickup the phone to sell the apartment, I imagine that maintenance or trying to get things answered after you sign is difficult.
