We moved into The Edwin 8 months ago, and have enjoyed all aspects of living here. The apartment units are modern and beautiful, love the views, and the common areas are also beautiful and very well kept (always super clean and neat). Secure, indoor parking as well as a Target downstairs are a plus. Very nice ammenities (gym, pool & lounge area). Excellent location, and a short drive to SLU. We feel very safe here. The property managers are welcoming, professional and always helpful. I have hardly ever had to submit a maintenance request... anytime I did , it was promptly taken care of by professional and friendly staff. 5 stars all around! We are extremely grateful that we found The Edwin and highly recommend it!
