- PAprivate accountJan 15, 20261.0Recently, there were break-ins affecting multiple cars (around 7–8) parked outside this apartment complex. While I understand that unfortunate things can happen anywhere, it’s disappointing that no communication or visible action has followed. No emails or notices were sent to residents to acknowledge the situation or provide guidance, which feels unfair—especially for those of us who rely on street parking because garage parking comes at an additional cost on top of already high rent. There are signs and cameras posted stating that the property is being monitored, but when incidents like this occur, it doesn’t feel like those measures are actually being enforced or used to prevent future issues. I’m not expecting perfection, but I do expect transparency and some reassurance that management is taking steps to address safety concerns and prevent this from happening again. Communication and proactive action would go a long way.

Also, you just cannot beat the convenience of living on top of a Target. The whole process of touring, applying, moving in, etc. was completely painless thanks to the Community Manager, Zoe. She was attentive, informative, and so welcoming! I’ve had maintenance come a few times to fix things I broke and they showed up within 24 hours of me submitting a ticket, they were efficient and effective with their work, and were so nice! I genuinely don’t think I have one bad thing to say about The Edwin.
