  Every maintenance request I’ve made was resolved the same day. The property is spotless with cleaning multiple times a week, and the staff is wonderful—they even looked after my plant while I was away for the summer. If you’re considering renting, you’ll have true peace of mind here @ The Edwin

  The Edwin on Grand – Real Talk, This Place Feels Like Home I don’t usually write reviews but I had to take a second to speak on this one. I toured 8 different apartments before finding The Edwin on Grand and to be honest, I was starting to lose hope. Either the vibe was off, the space didn’t feel right, or the people weren’t welcoming. But the second I stepped into this place, something just felt different. It felt right. It felt like home. I’ve been living here for 3 weeks now and every day I wake up feeling grateful I trusted that feeling. The apartment itself is beautiful. The ceilings are high, the space is wide open, and the grey cabinets with the modern appliances really make it feel clean and fresh. You can tell it was put together with care. It’s right by a busy street but weirdly, that’s part of the charm. The noise isn’t a bother, if anything it feels alive, like the city’s heartbeat is right outside your window but you still get your peace and quiet inside. And the location? Crazy convenient. There’s a bunch of food spots nearby, it’s on top of a Target that has a Starbucks in it, which was a big plus for me. Props to whoever designed this building because they really thought it through. Topgolf is in walking distance and you can even see the Arch from our balcony. That view never gets old. But what really made this place stand out was the people. Zoe, the assistant manager, gave me the tour and she was nothing but kind, patient, and super helpful. She answered all my questions, showed real professionalism, and just made me feel comfortable. And Stephanie, the manager, from the first conversation had this warm, welcoming energy that made me feel seen. I was nervous about whether I’d get approved or not, but they both walked me through everything step by step, kept me in the loop, and never made me feel like a bother. As a Black man, finding a space where I feel respected and truly welcomed means a lot to me. And that’s exactly what I felt here. They treated me with care and genuine kindness and that stuck with me. If you’re looking for a spot in STL where you’re not just another tenant, where you’re actually treated like a person and can truly feel at home, I highly recommend The Edwin on Grand. Real ones live here.

  We found The Edwin on Grand after carefully researching and visiting various apartment units in the St. Louis area. We moved into The Edwin 8 months ago, and have enjoyed all aspects of living here. The apartment units are modern and beautiful, love the views, and the common areas are also beautiful and very well kept (always super clean and neat). Secure, indoor parking as well as a Target downstairs are a plus. Very nice ammenities (gym, pool & lounge area). Excellent location, and a short drive to SLU. We feel very safe here. The property managers are welcoming, professional and always helpful. I have hardly ever had to submit a maintenance request... anytime I did , it was promptly taken care of by professional and friendly staff. 5 stars all around! We are extremely grateful that we found The Edwin and highly recommend it!

  Lovely place to stay. Management is excellent, always ready to help. Target in the ground floor, free gym, gated parking. Best value for money is what I'll call this place.
