  Apply for a property couldn’t get approved deposit $500 they told me if I don’t be approved or anything my money would be returned, I had to move to a different state because family problems, they didn’t had the empathy to returned my deposit nor keep their word of returning it

  Management has people go into yards move stuff around and take pics. I have them on video on multiple occasions doing this and talking about the things they plan on charging me for. If they find out you or your child is in the hospital they start calling and threatening eviction, Connie has tried this twice with me now. No reason given, just threats. I have already contacted an attorney

  Went to your a property here in December with the real estate agent employed by El dorado Gabby. My fiancée and I liked it so much we put in an offer unfortunately it didn't quite meet the expectations of the owner. Which is totally part of the way this stuff works. What's not is being ghosted by the realtor. After putting in the offer to the agent used by El Dorado we NEVER heard back on our offer despite reaching out numerous times. That paired with the other reviews about management makes me feel blesssd to have dodged this community. The one star is simply because it is a nice looking community. But Gabby sucks and yall should employee someone more reliable to help sell your homes. Or at least employee a realtor with some level of professionalism

  Between me and my ex husband we have lived in the park for 13 years. This managment is beyond rude and hateful. When you are in the professional world you DO NOT treat your occupants in the manner in which she does. I have read these reviews and you would think after all the horrible reviews this park gets upper management would do something but you know what they don't care. I know writing this is futile but wanted to agree with everyone here. My ex recently moved next door into another home but still owned our home. My kids are 18 and 21 and lived there their whole life. We were going to let the kids keep ours but they wouldn't even give the common courtesy of giving a reason why they can't stay there other than "it's not a good idea". What a cop out and wouldn't even listen to reason or discuss options. So glad I do not live there anymore and today's discussion just makes me infuriated that I can't even provide for my children even though they are covering ALL the bills. Connie should have been fired long before we moved in but she has been allowed to be rude, ignorant and disrepectful. The park assumes no resposnibility for ANYTHING. Pad rent is supposed to go for street cleaning in the winter however they don't even do that. They are making a killing for pad rent and do nothing.......DO NOT MOVE HERE you will end up regreting that decision if you ever have a problem or issue as YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR EVERYTHING Trees, Insects, bring pad up to code (even though you do not own the property) among other issues that we have dealt with in the 13 years we have been there. I know if I talked to my clients the way she does I wouldn't have a job.....how she does is beyond me.
