  I am very disappointed with my stay in this place, I have a contract for one year and I have only been 7 months and I must say that the maintenance of this place is non-existent, I warned more than 20 days ago that I have a broken bathtub and I cannot use the shower because the water overflows into the corridor and they have done absolutely nothing, it is the only bathroom that my unit has and it is uninhabitable, I gave them an ultimatum to change me to a habitable apartment and worthy of what I pay or cancel my contract without warning. Since that apartment is uninhabitable, the humidity is disgusting and I fear for the health of my son and my family in this place. I had to go to this extreme because they haven't given me an answer yet.

  While staff are so nice… the place is just crappy. They showed me a unit without the ugly bulky wall AC unit and didn’t tell me mine would have it. The unit flings dirt into my apartment every time I turn it on. Also, mad humid in here to the point that my floors and bedding are damp constantly. I also got chased to my car in the parking lot once after parking far away bc they don’t tow cars that have been stickered to get towed after sitting for months. They don’t clean gumball tree debris from the lot. The dumpster has been pushed out into the road for months causing several close calls with other cars… easy fix. Stupid over priced, but everywhere is. I thought this place looked safe and updated but I don’t feel like it’s either! Again, love leasing and maintenance staff but landlords clearly dgaf. Ps why would my kitchen only have 1 drawer lol

  Staff were very pleasant, honest, and helpful. The units seemed small, and there was inconsistent garbage pick up I noticed on my tour. Some dumpsters were overflowing, others were completely empty.

  The maintenance staff did a great job fixing my heating problem.
