  Amy and Pam are both fantastic! I moved from across the country site unseen, and because I arrived in the middle of the night they even left the keys in the apartment for me, the whole process was so smooth! Amy let the furniture delivery people in before I arrived, and put my amazon deliveries inside for me, they really go the extra mile! While they may be on the more expensive side you get a pass to the public pool for all on the lease (the pool has a lazy river) and there is even a Promenade Volleyball team they sponsor. 10/10 would recommend!

  Promenade has been fantastic! The neighborhood is fantastic, the leasing office is great with service and any maintenance requests. Angie at the main office is excellent to work with. Pam is equally helpful with any questions/requests. Highly recommend!

  As a short term tenant of Promenade at New Town I have experienced severe flooding, and unresolved bug infestation.Due to insufficient full disclosure of flooding in rental property and a consistent bug infestation after/before the apartment provided spraying. In conclusion, the apartment complex has failed to remedy the bug infestation. As a result, the apartment's conditions left me no choice but to leave immediately. August 19,2020 I paid the buy-out fee equal to two (2) month's rent, and left the premises before the move out date. Provided in the lease document, tenants are allowed to move out before the termination date.I returned the keys in the leasing office mailbox. On the day it was returned, I sent a written notice of this action to the apartment complex. The said apartment complex rec'd the written notice lease buy-out. Now they are seeking rent for two months after I have returned my keys, and vacated the premises. After inhabitable conditions and emotional distress, I do not agree with the terms.
