  Moved in recently and its been a treat! Iris and Heather were a major help on the logistics of moving everything with ease inside the facility.They have hotel carts to move items in as well! The gym, club house, pool area is very clean and well kept. If you are a dog owner it has multiple stations and everyone is very conscious of not leaving anything behind. Many more awesome things at this apartment including the location! Completely recommend this place as your apartment.

  This is easily one of the best communities in the St. Charles area. After searching all over St. Louis trying to find a place that checked all the boxes, I came across this property and I’ve genuinely been happy here ever since. The management team has been fantastic. They’re professional, responsive, and actually care about the residents. Maintenance has been especially impressive. One night I had an issue with my balcony door and submitted a ticket. I received a response almost immediately. Orlando from maintenance had already left for the day but actually came back to help because it was urgent. He resolved the issue within an hour of me submitting the request. That level of service really stood out to me. Here are a few highlights: Excellent management team – Friendly, organized, and very responsive. Outstanding maintenance service – Quick response times and people who genuinely go the extra mile. Very clean and well-maintained property – Cleanliness was a huge priority for me, and this place consistently delivers. Great location – Tons of restaurants within walking distance, a great local café nearby, and grocery options close by. It’s a very convenient and lively area. Monthly community events – They host resident events that are well put together and a great way to meet people, especially if you’re new to the St. Louis area. Strong community feel – Friendly neighbors and a welcoming atmosphere. Excellent fitness center – The gym is always in great condition and has everything you’d need for consistent workouts. It’s more than what you’d expect from a typical apartment gym. Overall, it’s been a great living experience. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well-managed, and welcoming community in St. Charles

  Living here has been wonderful! We love the location. Being walking distance to restaurants, theaters, the Katy Trail, and historic downtown is amazing. Also, the apartments and amenities are very nice and well maintained. Excellent staff too. I highly recommend living here!

  I moved into Chapters at the Streets of St. Charles in October 2025 and have had a great experience so far. The building is modern, well maintained, and always smells amazing when you walk in. The location is excellent with shops and restaurants within walking distance, and the apartment is stylish and comfortable. Iris was professional and friendly throughout the move-in process, which made everything easy. Overall, I’m happy living here and would recommend it.
