  Cheap vinyl type stuff as flooring that rips, dings, and dents VERY easily. Blinds are also on the cheaper side. You reach for your door handle and break a slat on the blinds. Very cozy little units to live in.

  I was in the office looking for a place for my mother and the girls in the office were so busy running around helping people they stopped and said hello helped me while helping a bunch of other people that kept coming in. My mom needs specific items that they don't have but they recommended places for me which was nice. Everyone in the office before and after me left with a smile on their face which impressed me

  Rent payment was logged into the system incorrectly. I tried to explain it to staff. Staff brushed it off and said to talk to housing. I spoke with housing again and tried to explain it to staff, and staff was rude and stated someone else was working on it and an eviction letter had been sent out in error. A few days later housing called and let me know portal should be reflecting correct rental payment but I must submit payment by 6pm or complex will charge me a late fee. I have never heard from the complex no apology nothing. This place had great staff. Chloe and McKenzie were the best.
