- JTJasmine ThaiDec 5, 20255.0This complex is the best apartment complex I have lived in thus far. Kennesha is wonderful and very helpful. The maintenance team does an awesome job. The location is top-notch, it's quiet and peaceful, walkable, there's rental bikes, bus stops, and it's right across the river from anything you'd want to do in KC. Also whoever designed the apartment layout was quite clever, most of the bedrooms don't share a wall with the neighboring unit, rather, it uses the walls of the open entry. Now the few rooms that do share a wall with neighbors, you can hear the neighbors talk and sneeze. You can also hear any neighbors above you walk around, so if that bothers you -- you'd want a unit without an upstairs unit. All in all, I am very content with this apartment and especially happy with a good size washer and dryer.
