Management has changed several times since living here and we have never had any problems; however, this management change has been incredibly disappointing. Our oven door broke and was not fixed for months after putting in a hand full of maintenance requests. Our dryer also broke and it took over 2 months to fix again after many maintenance requests. We had to go to a laundromat and when we tried speaking to someone about getting reimbursed nobody would speak to us. When it was time for our lease renewal, they wanted to increase the rent more than ever even after our maintenance requests being ignored for months. And AGAIN Louis refused to speak to us about it. I know many people who live here who have also had horrible experiences with this new management. Not to mention all of the positive reviews are written by employees and they delete bad reviews. Think twice before renting here.
