  I had a very frustrating experience applying here. The upfront costs are extremely high (application + admin + additional fees), and most of it is non-refundable even if you’re not approved. I ended up spending hundreds of dollars just to go through the process. The bigger issue was the inconsistency during screening. Requirements kept changing throughout the process — from income documentation expectations to guarantor requirements — which made it very difficult to know what was actually needed to move forward. Communication was also slow and often unclear, which added to the frustration. It felt like I was constantly being asked for additional items after already providing what was requested. I understand that screening is necessary, but the way this process is structured places all of the risk and cost on the applicant, with very little transparency upfront. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering applying get very clear, written confirmation of all requirements before paying any fees.

  where do I begin if you live on the lower level you will instantly hear the people above you and disturb your life and the amount of marijuana smoked on the property is making management look oblivious if there was assigned parking there would just be people parking in other people's spots all the time I don't know why they need that many buildings to rent out to people also there's noise all the time just close down for your sake

  We lived here for almost 5 years. It was our first apartment, ever. It was a learning experience. The good things about Whisper Hollow are: you will always find a good parking spot, the laundry isn’t in unit but it is in building, my neighbors never once stole a package, you may have an excellent view of the fireworks at Westport depending on where you are, and the apartment comes with it’s own small basement storage unit. I also found the printer in the business center helpful when it had toner. I appreciated the return of my security deposit. They are great about snow removal and they keep the grounds clean. The biggest problems I had were the AC going out for 7.5 months before they would fix it and an incident where our door broke and I had to call the fire department to get us out despite our facilities manager already being in the office and already being aware of the emergency. If this had been handled just a little differently, we’d still be tenants. They did give us a portable AC while ours was down but it meant our apartment was unlocked and open to thieves for 7.5 months. Brett is very knowledgeable and quite an asset to the property. You can’t say this about everyone they’ve hired but mostly, they do pretty well. The laundry room had substantial mold. The ceiling collapsed because of it. It happened because the dryers are vented into an interior wall and not to outside, as they should be. This is causing damage that will be very expensive for the owner to fix whereas reventing the machines would cost minimally. They had a major renovation of the windows and patio doors that was conducted by a shoddy contractor who has a nice website but that’s about it. That was pretty lame. Any other issue we had was because of another tenant. I would actually say this is one of the better choices in Maryland Heights apartments for the price. The price did go up quite a bit from when we first moved in but so did every other apartment.

  We have recently moved in. Everything was super smooth. Especially Kelsey was so kind helped us in everything. I would highly recommend if anyone is looking for apartments. Thank you😊😊

  Was renting here for three years. Got sick. Paid rent. Increased rent tremendously upon renewal. They threw me out like a dog. Avoid Whisper Hollow. Avoid Banner Properties. Slumlords not human beings.
