  We have had great experience at Flats at Dorsett Ridge! Appartment is beautiful and comfortable, parking is soo convenient, people living here are friendly, gym is sooo much better compared to other apartments, posts & packages service is great and Kris and Tracy are cherry on top! They helped us to move in on a snowed in day! They are always helpful in solving any questions or problems we have anytime, they personally take care of events at the flats and are so warm, welcoming and are just amazing people! Me and my family are having a great time here!

  Before I begin this, I’m normally someone who holds back my words as I understand people are human. I am done being passive. I’ve lived here for a little several years and the decline in cleanliness and staff is honestly shocking despite paying more and new fees emerging each year with a variance of what you’ll actually be paying for utilities. The garage floors on the 2nd and 3rd level are always covered in built-up dirt; it’s obvious they never power wash them. The stairwells are even worse—never cleaned, just constant muddy tracks and grime, as if the place is forgotten by staff. Today, I walked off the elevator and straight into a puddle of urine on the first floor. The smell hit me all the way down the hall, and it’s not a one-off—almost every day the elevator reeks of dog pee. This morning, no pee in the elevator for once, but there was still a thick dog urine stench. I don’t even use the gym anymore because it’s always filthy and never wiped down. The new management seems like they just don’t care at all. I reported the puddle of pee in the elevator and staff actually got annoyed at ME for asking them to clean it—they acted like it was my job, not theirs, to keep this “luxury” place livable. The carpets on every floor are never cleaned either, just loaded with dog smell and hair. I don’t even own a dog, but living here you’d never know. It’s honestly embarrassing to the point where I stopped inviting anyone over; I shouldn’t have to feel ashamed of my own home. To top it off, people race through the poorly lit garage and staff just shrug. Save your money. There’s nothing luxury about this place—they don’t even meet basic cleanliness standards, and I regret ever moving in. This is honestly worse than any normal apartment I’ve lived in. Do not be fooled by the marketing.
