  I like this place; it's quiet and beautiful, and the maintenance staff fixes things quickly and does a good job.

  I was nervous as a first-time renter, but Alene made sure I felt comfortable, informed, and prepared every step of the way. Even when we ran into a few technical issues, she and the leasing office were so understanding and reassuring, and they resolved everything quickly.

  Communication and organization is eh, maintenance is great (depending on who you get) but all together my experience living here has been nice. Any issues I have with anything communication or maintenance wise it gets fixed promptly. I was planning on moving into the city, but couldn’t risk having bad management. Definitely a good choice

  We lived at Whisper Hollow Apartments and had one of the most disappointing rental experiences imaginable. From the day we moved in (July 2023), we reported a serious water leak that caused mold and made the unit uninhabitable. Despite submitting multiple maintenance requests and repeatedly notifying management, the issues were never properly addressed the entire time we lived there. When we brought these concerns up again before moving out, the property manager was dismissive and tried to minimize the situation. Even when we asked for records of our maintenance requests, we were told to provide our own portal login information so management could “troubleshoot” from their side — an unprofessional and unacceptable request. At every step, our legitimate health and safety concerns were brushed aside. To make matters worse, instead of acknowledging their failure to provide a safe, livable unit, they withheld part of our security deposit for “unpaid rent” during a period when the unit was not habitable. We have documentation of our communication, yet management still refused to take responsibility. Whisper Hollow’s website promises a “resort-style living experience” with amenities, responsive management, and a community that “puts residents’ needs first.” The reality is the exact opposite. Our needs were ignored, our health and safety were compromised, and our concerns were treated dismissively. Future residents should be fully aware: the property may look nice on the surface, but management does not stand by their promises and will not support you if serious problems arise.

  A very nice place to stay. There maintenance team are the best, my AC is broken and I just logged my concern in the portal its weekend so understable that it cannot be done that day but you can always call for emergency, but I didnt bother. In the morning they fixed it so fast. They gave me an update that my capacitor is not working so they changed it to a new one.
