One of the biggest reasons we decided to sign a lease the same day we toured was because of Kate, our leasing agent. She’s incredibly warm, genuine, and you can tell she truly loves what she does. She made the whole process so easy and welcoming. The apartment itself is perfect with tall ceilings, great amenities, garage parking with EV chargers, and thoughtful resident events that make it feel like a real community. We also love how convenient everything is through the Livly app, it’s so useful and makes managing everything super simple. Overall, we absolutely love living here and are so glad we chose this place!
