  Ari made our recent move go smoothly. The sale of our house happened quickly so we had little time to make a decision and move. Ari made it happen, even with a few bumps. The check in process was flawless and the apartment is beautiful. We are loving our new community!

  I’ve been living here approximately 2 months and I LOVE IT!!! From the Arianna being so accommodating by staying 30 minutes after the office was supposed to close on a Saturday to show me my future apartment! To ensuring that I could receive the keys half a day early so that I could begin moving in! Everyone in the office is so welcoming and always have smiles on their faces! The maintenance crew are awesome as well! There was an initial maintenance request put in for a slow drain in the bathtub in during their visit I mentioned something else and rather than them making me submit a new request. They just fixed it while they were here! I also love that they have monthly events for the residence that live here! I’ve only attended one so far, but my intentions are to try to attend one each month to get to know my neighbors. It’s super quiet and clean and well kept and I feel safe here. I can’t say enough about this place and everyone in the office, particularly Arianna, because without her going to extra mile to show me the apartment, I may have chosen a different apartment complex. I’m so happy to be here and appreciate all of the work that the staff does! I would highly recommend the residences at New Longview

  We have only been moved in a week to two weeks… Everything is lovely! The staff here has been more than welcoming and we really appreciate that we’re looking forward to living here many years. We can’t wait to explore the pool and those type of things that we haven’t had time to enjoy, but I’m sure they’ll be lovely.

  Alexis made moving from out of state such a breeze, always responding to questions and so nice! Arianna has also been super helpful and everyone in the office is just great, we are excited to be here!
