    STAY AWAY FROM PROGRESS RESIDENTIAL!! I truly don’t understand how they have so many amazing Google reviews. I paid over $200 for application fees and then $500 for a “holding fee” and have been waiting for the home to be available for over a month now with not a single update, the only thing they do is email and say that the “move in date has been pushed back due to repairs” but when you call them they literally won’t tell you what is being done to the home. I had a theory so I checked it out and was correct, they aren’t doing ANYTHING. I went by the home on April 24th and the home was no where near ready but yet not a single worker or any sign at all that there has been any work being done, no screws, tools, paint, literally nothing. I even took a video of the entire place that I could see inside and out. So today (May 6th) I went by and literally NOT A SINGLE THING has changed, I yet again took a video and even the smallest thing I noticed is that there was a set of keys it looks like and a paper on the counter and guess what it was STILL THERE not moved even a single inch; the floors were still ruined, the deck still had nails sticking out, the yard was in total disrepair, I could go on and on. So naturally I call them and ask what’s going on and even explain the videos I took and they tell me “we aren’t sure what’s being done to the home because THEY don’t tell us”… who is “they” you might ask? Progress Residential themselves didn’t even know! They proceed to tell me that the expected ready date is tomorrow, even though not a single thing has been done that makes no sense. I told them just to give my money back to which they replied “okay it’ll take about 30 days…” I highly recommend you check out the companies reviews on the Better Business Bureau and ask around before paying them anything at all. Please trust me on this. Since I cannot attach the videos I have taken screenshots from each of them in the same places to show that literally nothing changed in that time frame.

    Calvin, he’s a blessing!! Consistently helping no matter the time of day.. He’s kind, patient, and he listens.. Even from miles away he can troubleshoot and walk you through things.. I told him about a noise my garbage disposal was making and over the phone he told me what it was.. lol I’m just shocked he knew what I was saying, and got someone back to my house IMMEDIATELY to get it fixed.. He’s amazing!! His help is greatly appreciated!! Progress, PLEASE keep him, he cares about the company, and more importantly, the PEOPLE!! Calvin, you’re the truth!!

    The WORST costumer service I’ve ever experienced. This company is not professional in any manner. Poor customer service. DO NOT rent or use this company.
