I just signed a lease with Northpoint Assest Management. I love how helpful they are with getting you all set up for move in. My property manager, Stephanie Gandre has been so awesome so far with answering questions and making sure my move in process goes smoothly.
I am currently moving into a home owned by Northpoint, and the process has been terrible. A barrage of texts and emails from apps and third parties but no property manager. Like, it was so bad that I wondered if Northpoint was just making me sign up for all this because they're selling my data to all these companies. Don't even get me started on being told my only internet option was comcast and I would need permission from them to opt out. There's a word for that, and it rhymes with mull spit.
The day before I was supposed to get the keys I still had no idea who my property manager was. I started texting trying to find out, and then Monica texted me back. Now buckle up, cause I am about to sing this woman's praises. She let me know that she had taken over the property from another property manager and that she would be my point of contact now. She was kind, concerned, and let me know she was local and she would be helping me with everything. When I got to the house and there were some issues, Monica assured me she would get everything handled. And she did! She has been efficient and calm and it's clear she actually really cares about her tenants. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with her. I'm now excited to move into my new home.
NOTE: I took one star off for Northpoint's shenanigans, if it had been a review of just Monica, I would have needed more than 5 stars.

We have been pleased with both our Northpoint reps, Amanda and formerly Jordan, who managed our property. Both were highly responsive and positive and helped keep things on track. Also the owner portal is very easy to use.

If I could give less, I would. This company has ran me in circles on the phone and via email. I had signed a lease agreement and paid a security deposit and then they rejected my lease after. My deposit has still not been refunded after 2 weeks and I cannot get ahold of anyone or able to leave a voicemail. They responded with it’ll be returned in 3-5 days, then it was 5-7, and now they are saying tomorrow. The information theyve given is inconsistent and all seems to SKETCHY. Starting to think THEYRE SCAMMING. The contact numbers are never people and the emails I receive in return are assumed to be automated. Just save yourself and don’t sign on with this property.
