After doing a Rent Check, the company had sent a 3rd party Landscaping Service to take care of the lawn, without first communicating with me back in late August and had charged me the fee for the service. I was already negotiating with a guy about providing service for me, but I was waiting until I had the funds to take care of it. I was shocked to see my account was extremely higher than normal, so I contacted customer service about the matter. Ms. Rhonda Higgins and Ms. Alicia reached out to me and they both advocated for me and Ms. Higgins gave me good advice on how to advocate for myself. Long story short, after communicating with the company to compromise with me, they agreed to credit my account half for the landscaping service, as I requested and my account is back in right standing. I haven't had any issues being a tenant with the company. Chris the Maintenance Guy has serviced my home plenty of times and have provided me with great home solutions that were simple for me to do around the house. I look forward to continue business with them.
