We have been pleased with both our Northpoint reps, Amanda and formerly Jordan, who managed our property. Both were highly responsive and positive and helped keep things on track. Also the owner portal is very easy to use.

If I could give less, I would. This company has ran me in circles on the phone and via email. I had signed a lease agreement and paid a security deposit and then they rejected my lease after. My deposit has still not been refunded after 2 weeks and I cannot get ahold of anyone or able to leave a voicemail. They responded with it’ll be returned in 3-5 days, then it was 5-7, and now they are saying tomorrow. The information theyve given is inconsistent and all seems to SKETCHY. Starting to think THEYRE SCAMMING. The contact numbers are never people and the emails I receive in return are assumed to be automated. Just save yourself and don’t sign on with this property.
These guys are awesome! We’ve recommended this company, and specifically Cindy Engle, to all of our friends. Cindy has done an excellent job.

I found it difficult to find consistent information regarding a particular unit. I submitted an application after attempting communication and received no responses. So within 20-30 minutes of submitting I emailed and texted to withdraw that application once I found the information I needed. Despite that they still ran the app and texted me and emailed several times but never once responded to my replies. They finally stopped contacting me but I’m still waiting on a response regarding the fee.
