  I have tried my hardest to get a hold of service guy because I have trim that is falling off. I also have doors that will not close. I was also told that I had got a five year warranty and that covered everything on inside and outside. Steve, the salesman is the one that told me that I had a five-year warranty and it covered everything. I have reached out to corporate three different times and also. The office and the guy that is in charge a service had told me that he would have someone out here in two weeks and it has been two months and nothing has been done at all no phone calls and nobody showing up to fix the trim. also the doors that will not shut. All I would want is the trim, and the doors fixed that I was already told would be done.

  If you would like to be lied to about anything that Clayton tells you go ahead and buy from them. Because my dad had purchased a brand new mobile home from Clayton and he was told that he would have a warranty when he bought the home and that everything would be covered For one year, but it was a lie because when he got a hold of the person that was in charge of the warranty he informed my father That there was no warranty for the inside. It was just for the outside and my father asked for somebody to come out and fix the stuff that was wrong inside and he said that he would do that in about two weeks and now it has been about two months. And everybody that we try to get a hold of will not return the phone calls at all and my father called corporate three different times and left messages and nobody has returned his Call so if you want to be lied to go ahead and go to the Clayton in Lebanon.

  Ashley was great! We had lots of questions and she was patient and tried to pair us with some homes we might enjoy. I was pleasantly surprised at options we could have.

  Edit to the Edit of my review. We have now been in the house 35 days and our block wall is STILL NOT DONE. there have been 3 days minimum that temps have been below freezing. This is unbelievable. Edit to my review regarding Clayton’s response. I do not want to place a call. We placed a call regarding the situations and it has gotten even worse since then which is looking like clear retaliation. We want our house that is currently just sitting there while we are paying a mortgage on it- UNFINISHED So far this experience has been a 1 star review. The lack of communication and definitive timelines is an issue. Pair that with being approached by contractors to seek out payment for something we paid Clayton to do. Those two alone just scratch the surface. Spending 3.5 hours a day in a car because we have been lead on consistently on the timeline of our home completion. We have yet to move in to our home and have to jump through hoops to even get communication in the slightest. I am hopeful that Clayton will get their act together as I would love to see this negative experience turned positive and and hopeful we will change this review. Should they not though I will be typing out and sharing my full complaint to the attorney generals office, the FTC, the bbb, and all social medias.

  Do not go here. You will get your credit ruined, get the run around, and walk away home free. Nothing! They took my down payment, had it all set up, and then said that I wasn’t approved anyway. Who does that?! Now I can’t get my down payment back!!
