We were told that we would be getting the $10,000 trade in for our at the time current mobile home. It took WEEKS to get our final numbers and that point Steve was who came to talk to us. The papers showed the $10,000 trade in but the final numbers showed almost $15,000 more than what it should have been. Steve became pushy and would never give a straight answer as to where the extra costs were coming from. We ultimately decided to pursue a home elsewhere and when we told Steve he asked to see our pricing details and deal from the other mobile home dealer. We felt we had been lied to and lured in by Ashley who was sweet and promised many things that they ultimately were unable to deliver.
