With their newly updated units and beautiful landscape compliments their friendly staff. I've been a resident for 12 years and its been been nothing but five star quality! Very comfortable living with a upscale vibe.
- MGMaria GuthrieMar 20, 20245.0I have lived at Timberlane Village nearly 4 years. It is a great place to live, close to shopping and many great restaurants. The staff is wonderful and always willing to help. The complex is very clean, gated, and my neighbors are very friendly. I feel very safe.

After this ordeal I was scared to take my daughter for walks or do anything outside. Parking lot on the weekends was like a hideout for street races since the gate was broken 90% of the time. I couldn’t even walk to my car without looking over my shoulder. Pool was always closed. You can definitely find a better/ SAFER area for the price. Office staff was very condescending and seem to make excuses on their behalf to residents constantly. They need to take a look around, look at where they work and come down from that high horse they are on 😬
