  I just renewed my lease here and I’m so glad I did. It’s a beautiful complex with great employees who really want to help. I’m terrified of wasps and one was in my apartment, and after calling the office for help, two folks from the office were at my door within 5 minutes to help me get rid of the wasp haha

  Mason and Sean are an awesome duo! They made my move-in experience so easy. Just moved into my apartment, and everything went smoothly. They were both incredibly helpful and always there if I needed anything. It’s such a beautiful and friendly community! 😊

  Im currently relocating to MO and the whole looking and searching for apartments is scary. I've owned and lived in a house on the West Coast for over 20 years. This place was on my list as a potential visit on an upcoming trip after scheduling a virtual tour (which I thought was great to do and a plus since it is offered). However, Cetera did not leave a good impression on me the two times we spoke. Yes, videos are available on their website to see the property, and yes, it looks beautiful. The exchange of communication made it seem as if my questions or input/opinion were an inconvenience. The video and link that was shared did not showcase the amenities that I had an interest in wanting in a room (a bedroom fan lol) and when I brought that up she stated well some rooms come with it and others do not and if you wanted its an additional $150(?) to place a fan. She made another comment that came off very short and bothered, which led me to change my mind that I am no longer interested and hang up. So far, I have had better experiences with other properties whose managers have provided exceptional customer service without sarcasm or snarky attitudes, and I am looking forward to working with them to find a new place to live.

  Lived here about a month so far. Mason is a fantastic leasing agent and took great care of me from start to finish! Loving the landing!
