  you have no loading zone for our apartments. The two spots out front are not loading zones. it makes sense at the city wouldn't make it one since we have a driveway going underneath of our building. no I'm not trying to get in and out of a vehicle on 12th Street you trying to kill your residence? which means maybe we should switch that road so that I can get picked up on the pasture side of a car underneath of our building rather than going the wrong way down the ATM path. Right now I'm saying no one should move in this screwed up place

  The staff at The Grand is the best in my experience with apartments. They take maintenance requests seriously and are very open with any communication, office closures, etc. They also put on fun events, happy hours, and have some nice deals around town for us. I want to especially shoutout Lindsay, Alicia, and Bryant. It is evident they care about tenant safety, concerns, and elevated living conditions. They make it a wonderful place to call home. We also love the building. It has a view to brag about, quiet spaces for working or reading, and lots to do if you don't feel like taking the streetcar to the amazing restaurants and bars nearby. Try it out!!

  Iam so pleased at my visit to the Grand i was greeted by a very Nice young man. Who offered me a coffee or water . We went up the elevator into an amazing 2 bedroom apartment as he showed me all the amenities I was over joked I knew this would be my husband and I knew home with an amazing pool and the view of kansas city is brethren taking . Thank u Jose fir your kindness we are moving in

  We just moved into The Grand KC and had to share how amazing the experience has been! From start to finish, the move-in process was incredibly smooth and stress-free. Everything was organized, clear, and simple — which made a huge difference during what can usually be a hectic time. But honestly… it was Alicia who sealed the deal for us. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely excited about the community. You can tell she truly believes in The Grand KC, and that confidence made us feel like we were making the right choice. She answered every question, followed up thoughtfully, and made us feel valued — not just like another lease. Huge shoutout as well to Lindsay and the newest team member Jojo! The entire team has been welcoming, responsive, and just fun to be around. You can feel the positive energy the moment you walk in. And the amenities? We’re obsessed. The coffee bar makes mornings feel a little fancy ☕, the fitness center saves us from needing a separate gym membership 💪, the dog park has been a game changer 🐶, and having convenient parking is such an underrated win. It honestly feels like resort-style living without losing that comfortable, community vibe. If you’re considering moving here — do it. The team makes all the difference, and this place already feels like home. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
