  Timberlane Village Apartments will have to be one of the best affordable living complexes in the KC south area. With their newly updated units and beautiful landscape compliments their friendly staff. I've been a resident for 12 years and its been been nothing but five star quality! Very comfortable living with a upscale vibe.

  You’ll have to get a gym membership if you want to get a work out in living here. Fitness center is locked most of the time for whatever reason and doesn’t even “open” until 10:00 a.m. I’m paying money for this amenity. I want access to it whenever I want to use it.

  I’ve had an amazing experience here so far! The staff have been super friendly and helpful! I moved across states and just the tour is what sold me to give this place a try. I had my concerns and questions and Christian was very responsive and helped me feel at ease. She also helped me bring a few things up during move in! Thankful for her! Any issues I had when I moved in were fixed the day I put in my request.
