  Lived here about a month so far. Mason is a fantastic leasing agent and took great care of me from start to finish! Loving the landing!

  Really enjoyed living here for 2 years, maintenance requests were fulfilled within reasonable time and front desk staff was very kind! By the time we moved out, there was all new staff and things began to go downhill. Once we moved out, we had a carpet cleaning fee of $80, although we had no pets and kept things very clean. We received a letter in the mail from collections about 3 months after we moved out. We had called to ask about the fee and were instructed to email the property manager, which we did and got no response. Ended up paying the fee but never got any notice that we were supposed to pay it, no letter in the mail, no phone calls, no emails, etc.

  Sean made what can often be a stressful and transactional experience feel genuinely human. He is one of those rare people you instantly trust and feel comfortable with, like an old friend you just met. I never once felt rushed or pressured. Instead, I felt heard, respected, and fully supported every step of the way. HE GOT ME!!! Sean’s knowledge was unmatched. Every question I had was answered confidently and clearly, without hesitation. He knew the property inside and out, and it showed. His professionalism, warmth, and ease set the absolute highest standard for what a leasing agent should be. Truly top of the bar. I have toured many properties in my life and no one comes close to the experience Sean provides. He deserves a raise, recognition, and to be held up as the gold standard. An honorable mention to Mason, who was sitting beside him. What a genuinely kind and wonderful presence. Mason added to the calm and welcoming environment and made the entire experience even better. Together, Sean and Mason are a perfect reflection of excellence. They should always be the face of this apartment complex. You could not have hired two better people. This was not just a tour. It was an experience. If every leasing office operated with the level of care, professionalism, and humanity that Sean and Mason bring, the industry would be better for it. Thank you both for making this such a positive and memorable experience.

  Mason gave me a tour of The Landing and he was so personable. The apartments are fabulous with great amenities.

  We moved into our new apartment a few months ago and we love it. Very comfortable and feels like home. Maintenance teams and office staff are awesome!
