I toured Summit on Quality Hill when I was looking for a new home and absolutely loved it!! Spacious floorplan options, beautiful amenities, great location...but arguably the best part was my tour guide Davin!! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and super patient in answering all of my questions!! If you're looking for an apartment in KC stop by Summit on Quality Hill and talk to Davin!!

We've lived in our apartment at Summit Quality Hill since December 2020. Apartment staff have always been helpful, friendly, and responsive. This especially rings true for Gavin and Jesse as they go out of their way to help us out (some recent examples include moving a SUPER heavy package and corresponding with Evergy on our behalf to resolve an error). They also are very intentional about planning fun an engaging events for the complex.
The maintenance staff is also incredibly helpful and responsive. Our maintenence requests are usually fixed within a day. We've only had once incident in 5 years that required an emergency maintenance request and it was handled immediately. Whenever there are broader complex issues like a parking lot gate breaking, the leasing staff is quick to send out a notice and coordinate with the maintenance staff and external vendors to get it resolved.
Things are bound to happen when you live in an apartment complex but a key differentiator for Summit Quality Hill is their transparent communication about what's going on.
We've renewed our lease yet again so needless to say we have had and continue to have an absolutely phenomenal living experience.

Nice complex and on site staff is nice and helpful however I have had a leak in my unit every time it rains for 5+ months now and nothing has been done. Every time I ask about it is "waiting for approval". In the mean time they have spent thousands of dollars replacing EV chargers. We have been reaching out every few weeks to request updates

Hello everyone!
My family and I have been living in Building B1 for a year and a half, in a two-bedroom apartment (about 1,100 square feet). Here’s what I can say: the rooms are very spacious, one bathroom is large and the other is a standard size. The apartment has a good, modern renovation with no unpleasant odors. The windows are big, and the sound insulation is excellent — we never hear our neighbors. The heating and air conditioning work perfectly, so it’s comfortable both in winter and summer. There are also a washer, dryer, and dishwasher in the unit.
There’s a large elevator, which makes moving large items very convenient. Downstairs in the lobby, there’s a nice and spacious lounge area with two big TVs, a billiard table, and always fresh coffee. On the first floor, there are public restrooms, a modern pet-washing room, and a separate conference room. There’s also a large gym and an outdoor swimming pool.
Building B1 has an underground parking garage accessible by elevator — very convenient, especially when carrying groceries, luggage, or during hot or cold weather. All common areas (hallways, lounge, restrooms, elevators) are always clean and well-maintained.
As for the staff — I honestly don’t even know how to describe how amazing they are. We are surrounded by their care and prompt response to any question or issue. I’m not exaggerating when I say the level of service feels like a resort experience. Whenever something needed attention in our apartment, the staff responded almost immediately — usually the same day. Everyone is polite, friendly, attentive, discreet, and truly professional. If Michelin rated apartment communities, I’m sure this team would earn a couple of stars!
About the location: the highway is very close — super convenient, yet you don’t hear any noise from it. Within just three intersections, there’s a large grocery store open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and a streetcar line runs right by it. The city market is about 7 minutes away by car, and a CVS pharmacy is just a 10-minute walk. There’s also a theater and a concert hall only one block away.
In other words — this is truly a wonderful place to live!

This last May I became a member of the best residential community in downtown Kansas City. Close to multiple theaters, the river market, the Power and Light District, Crown Center and Union Station, it is centrally located in a cultural hub that has something for everyone! Cleanliness is a high priority and any concerns are quickly met with top notch efficiency. The staff, Jesse, Davin and Millie, go above and beyond for their residents, ensuring their safety and happiness at every turn. They truly care about their residents, which in this day and age, is exceptionally hard to come by. You don’t want to miss out on the chance to call this wonderful place home!
