- LGLeah GarrisJun 3, 20251.0Students receiving loans for tuition/cost of living will be declined by this apartment complex. They told me it shouldn't be a problem and to submit an application. After explaining to them my concerns about having loans from my school's financial aid department and asking if that would be sufficient, they continued to reassure me that it wouldn't be a problem. I submitted my application which they then decided to give to a trainee in their office to learn how to process applications. I called, after not hearing anything for a couple days, and this trainee was extremely rude and uncaring of my situation. It took them 4 business days to tell me that I was declined due to my income being loans. My credit was hit and I lost $50. It is what it is, but this could have been completely avoided if they had been upfront with me. I don't usually submit bad reviews but I don't want anyone else falling victim to this by 45 Madison Apartments.

The amenities were great and always well taken care of and clean. Our apartment was in great shape upon move in and any problems we encountered were quickly fixed by the maintenance staff in a very timely manner. Sad that I had to move out but very grateful for the time I was able to spend living there.

Amy and the team at 45 always took such great care of my teams and our guests. I would definitely recommend 45 Madison to anyone that was looking to live near the Country Club Plaza.
