- LNLulu NicoleMar 15, 20251.0I had an extremely frustrating experience with this apartment complex. From the very beginning, the application process was incredibly slow and poorly managed. Despite submitting all necessary documents, it took them over a week to even acknowledge my application, and it was only after I repeatedly called them that they took any action. The lack of communication was appalling. I had to chase them for updates constantly, and even when they did respond, their answers were vague and unhelpful. The delays in processing my application, combined with the pressure of moving, created a lot of unnecessary stress. I ended up not needing to move into the apartment, but the entire experience was deeply upsetting. I would not recommend this complex to anyone. The management’s disregard for timely service and their failure to respond proactively are unacceptable. -Lulu Bruce

I have never been blessed with more graceful customer service and am so thankful to have found this property.
