  These apartments are great and the staff here is always on their game! They have a virtual assistant that you can text to notify the office if there is any troubles. Love it here!

  I had an extremely frustrating experience with this apartment complex. From the very beginning, the application process was incredibly slow and poorly managed. Despite submitting all necessary documents, it took them over a week to even acknowledge my application, and it was only after I repeatedly called them that they took any action. The lack of communication was appalling. I had to chase them for updates constantly, and even when they did respond, their answers were vague and unhelpful. The delays in processing my application, combined with the pressure of moving, created a lot of unnecessary stress. I ended up not needing to move into the apartment, but the entire experience was deeply upsetting. I would not recommend this complex to anyone. The management’s disregard for timely service and their failure to respond proactively are unacceptable. -Lulu Bruce

  I have really enjoyed living at 45 Madison. The amenities are some of the best in all of Kansas City. The full staff goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed. Desmond and Alycia do an awesome job of creating resident events and getting to know all of the residents. The experience here has been phenomenal and would highly recommend living here!

  I always said I would die at 45 Madison, and unfortunately that didn’t happen. Life moved me to another part of the country. I called 45 Madison home for 5 years, and I’m thankful for every minute of it. The management and maintenance are exceptional people. Sierra, Miguel and Alycia are the best staff I’ve had in all of the apartments I’ve lived in. The people who live here are wonderful. I have made so many close friends from my time there. I have never experienced anything like 45 Madison and I miss you all terribly!
