  My experience after one month here has been so great. The onboarding process was easy, the staff is friendly, my two service tickets were handled immediately and I’m impressed with how they handled this snow storm. Super happy to call this place home.

  Always satisfied! Andrew & Kyle have always answered any maintenance needs within 24 hours or sooner! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We appreciate the hard work and attentiveness they always show! Great people.

  Eastland Trails hosted me and my boutique for a pop up event and I was very impressed! The staff was so friendly and helpful, the property was clean and inviting and the guests were greeted by name. Would definitely recommend!

  i only lived here for a year and it wasn’t horrible but wasn’t great either. First they trick you by showing you an apartment with stainless steal appliances then don’t tell you till you get your keys that, that’s not the apartment you get. You get an apartment with old all white appliances. My dishwasher smelled horrible the entire time I lived here, no matter how many work orders I put in on it. I could only use two out of the four burners on my stove because the others caught on fire when i did use them, no matter how many work orders I put in. All that brings me to my next point, the maintenance people are very attentive, they get to your request with a day or two, which is great, but it’s never really fixed. They put like a bandaid on it but it never is fully fixed, They are also not very nice. They seem like they hate their jobs. There is also literally never any parking. If you get home any time after 7pm good luck finding a spot near your building. Overall it’s not a horrible place to live, it’s super quiet, the gym is never full, the pool is great (when it’s opened because it’s closed 80% of the time), the trail is great to walk, the price is also great especially for this economy. I don’t want this to stray people away from living here because it’s a decent place to live. I just wouldn’t do it long term.
