Contact Kay and if you can’t speak with her, make sure you record any conversations you have with him because he will recant his statements and say you never told him or he never said it. My car was towed bc he told me my car was fine, they just didn’t know who it belonged to & it was still towed due to not being properly registered (which he did not tell me). On move out, I specifically told him somebody was coming to get a piece of furniture off my porch & he neglected to tell anybody in the office, which resulted in me being charged for it. So, document everything you speak to him about, especially if it’s something major.
