    They are neglant about their property. They want to put news letters out telling everyone what they are supposed to do and then they don't follow the lease themselves. Expired plates on vehicles and no plates at all. Property sing has graffiti all over it. Most half of all the buildings their steps are falling apart unstable and some are marked off with tape and haven't been fixed in months almost over a year. The garbage is always piled up at the compactor furniture piled up at the entrance to the dumpster. They want to stress all the rules and regulations to the lease but then they don't want to abide by the lease that sell and neglect their property they're still cars that are sitting in the parking lots with expired plates and no plates and derelict cars. The steps haven't been fixed in over 6 months to a year. When you come in the entrance of the property there's a big billboard sign with the properties name with graffiti sprayed all over it. When you tell the office manager that things need to be done she tells you not to tell her how to do her job when she isn't doing her job. Then she tries to get you for overcharging you a late fee because she doesn't update the ledger in the portal where you go and pay your rent. If you call the LOFT number for the residential portal and talk to them they will tell you that the office manager is responsible for updating he ledger but will be told by other office Clark's that their excuses is a third parties responsibility which it's not.Update the amount that's in there and to update it to where you can put the amount that you want to put in to pay your rent that you aren't able to do. You can't take your dog out to potty because everybody else's dog has pooped everywhere. I won't be renewing my lease when it's time to renew. Both properties are not maintained as they should be and management has neglected to do their jobs.

    I try not to leave negative reviews but three is being generous at this point. The parking is hard to navigate, the apartment managers have changed over three times and I've only been here since March. Not the worst place to live by far but the new management team here is pretty hard to deal with. Since leaving this review of like to bump it up a star, the maintenance team have really been coming in clutch as of late.

    Had a couple of minor repairs that needed to be done 7 days after my move in. Jeff showed up to fix the leak and ended up fixing both problems in one visit. Can't thank him enough for taking the time. He even addressed an issue with the door that I didn't even feel was that important but explained to me it was an easy fix and he would be back at a later date and for me to put in a work order as a reminder. Great guy and does great work. Another thank you to Cheryl for getting this all underway so quickly

    I went a weekend get away trip on friday June 20th, just got back June 22nd. NEVER WAS INFORMED THAT SOMETHING HAPPENED. Nobody called, email, message or letter. I had to come home to surprise. I’ve been living here for a year and let’s just say ITS BEEN HELL! the leasing office are the most inconsiderate people you’ll ever meet. Don’t recommend living here! This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues, either!
