  I requested a fair market valuation on our rental house. More than one of my friends suggested Anita. She was able to get to my request quickly and was thoughtful and thorough with her research. She provided solid reports showing her findings. I enjoyed working with her as she was kind, and considerate. She called to check in with me in regards to sharing information with our renter who requested property value information. I trust Anita and suggest her for any of your needs.

  Anita is amazing, she has sold our home and helped us find our new dream home. She has stuck through the whole long process showing patience and kindness, always answering her phone with questions we had and finding out any information we needed in a timely matter.
