  The mobile home park that we sold through Souvenir Realty offered its own unique and different challenges. Sue Vannier met each and every challenge and went above and beyond in her quest to make the sale happen for not only the Seller but the Buyer. So many of the sellers and buyers that go through Souvenir Realty not only sell their property or find that perfect piece of property but find Sue and Dennis as friends. We sold our property August of 2014 and have remained friends and stayed in contact through out the years. So if you are looking for a realtor and a real estate company that offers more, this is the one for you.

  Susan and Dennis are very honest people and easy to talk with. Susan is good at getting homes and property and even business sold. She does everything legally and very honest for buyers and sellers. I would recommend them highly.
